The Sr. Project Manager is ultimately responsible for moving projects forward efficiently and effectively. They must own three things on each project: budget, timeline and scope. While other team members may influence one of those three pillars, the Sr. PM will be accountable for it, and must have the drive to see it through.
The Sr. Project Manager will also have technical chops, be it a background in software development or even in commercial architecture. Regardless, they will understand how technical details impact a greater whole. They will have the ability to input, review and manage spec, assuring the client and development teams have the level of technical depth they should have in order to move forward.
The Sr. Project Manager at Sourcebits will have loads of patience. They will be managing creatives, remote staff, offshore staff, people with thick accents and working in obscure time zones. The Sr. PM should be prepared to either sneak in a Skype meeting at an off time, or write incredibly thorough spec and instructions for all to follow.

Responsibilities:
- Builds well targeted business plans and strategies for driving sales activities to achieve target
- Achievment of quarterly targets and objectives.
- Develops and implements strategies for new products and services.
- Determines new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Pipeline management - Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipelines of near and long term opportunities
- Manages the size and quality of pipeline; analyzes overall win rates and win/loss ratioss
- Business acumen - Exhibits base level of business, financial and legal acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations
- Strategic sales planning & implementation - Orchestrates the development of strategic sales plans to advance market share/penetration

- C-level partnering - Contributes to enduring executive relationships at the client's organization; establishes professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in support of other established relationships with the client

Job Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech with a Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing from premier institutes like IIM's, IIT's, BITS Pilani, NIT's
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Enterprise divisions of reputed organizations
- Experience with IT services industries is mandatory
- Experience with closing & handling large accounts/deals is mandatory
- Exposure to APAC market is desirable
- Mobile and Web technology experience is desirable

As a Sourcebits UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite and elegant interface solutions for our in-house and client applications. Our designers focus on icon development and platform-specific icon optimization, Web UI development and application UI development. The UI Designer must possess a discriminating eye for detail and have a demonstrated ability to present information in an intuitive way. Sharp analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide and accept critical feedback are essential.
Job description:

The UX Director is ultimately responsible for the visual quality, degree of innovation, usability and vision of an experience. They will be working in Omnigraffle, Photoshop, and no doubt on scratchpads while coordinating the efforts of a local or remote project design team.
The UX Director will also serve as the liaison between the client and the design team, as well as between design and engineering. This means their ability to communicate complex interfaces logically and efficiently will be key.
The UX director will have a grasp of the full spectrum of the user interface; from IA to pixel-perfect design, from sexy to utilitarian. They will be pumped to design for IOS, Android, tablets, web, or even Kinect, and will need a little ‘geek’ in them to stay on top of the trends.
Daily activities of the UX Director include:
- Meeting with clients, either on location or remotely, to oversee discovery.
- Documenting vision, or coordinating the documentation of vision, through deliverables such as:
- Wireframes
- Mental models
- Site maps and flows
- Personas and scenarios
- Content inventories
- Competitive analyses
- Creative briefs
- Creating comps or coordinating the creation of comps
- Quality crits with key stakeholders
- Refinement of deliverable standards
- Contribution on pitches
- Researching new devices, design trends and standards
- Management and accountability of personal impact on financials
- Management and accountability of client satisfaction, including budget and timeline
The UX Director reports to the Creative Director. As not every project will have a CD assigned to it, the UX Director will often be charged with these duties. This is an opportunity to quickly take the reigns at Sourcebits and grow.

You’ll work closely with our Web development teams, so along with strong technical competencies, effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills are essential.
