You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing to [email protected], no later than four (4) days before the event. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new person. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so in writing to [email protected] no later than four (4) weeks before the event you are scheduled for. Once you cancel you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than four weeks before the start of an event, as well as attendees who fail to attend, will still be responsible for the full conference fee. If the event is cancelled, Heatvision.com, Inc. will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions within 90 days. Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by Heatvision.com, Inc. and are your responsibility.
