Preview Disaster Recovery to Azure using Azure Site Recovery

Microsoft announced the availability of a new Hyper-V Recovery Manager capability in preview, which can replicate virtual machines to Azure and use it as a disaster recovery site. In conjunction with this preview, the service is being renamed Azure Site Recovery.
