The revisions slider previously fetched all revisions at once (per_page: -1), which becomes a performance bottleneck for posts with hundreds or thousands of revisions. This introduces pagination (100 revisions per page) with prev/next navigation buttons that show the target revision range in their tooltips (e.g. "Revisions 801–900"). Paginates the revisions slider to load 100 revisions per page instead of fetching all revisions at once.
Why?
The revisions slider previously used
per_page: -1, fetching every revision in a single API call. For posts with hundreds or thousands of revisions, this is a performance bottleneck — slow to load and memory-heavy on both client and server.How?
